Our mission is to provide the highest quality of surgical care for women with uterine and vaginal prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, vaginal mesh complications, vesicovaginal and rectovaginal fistulae, and other complex prolapse and gynecologic conditions to restore their quality of life and provide lasting surgical treatment with the art of surgical perfection. We respectfully care for women in a manner that empowers them to engage fully in the cure of their gynecologic condition. We believe in the complete surgical experience from the first office visit through surgery and hospitalization to the post-operative check. Every step of the way we devote to the best possible surgical outcomes. Women from across the country present to our practice for the surgery they need with the surgeon they want. Whether you have completed child-bearing and now need a hysterectomy or vaginal repairs, including apical, anterior and posterior vaginal reconstruction, or have had a transvaginal mesh complication from prior surgery, we have the unique abilities to care for complicated gynecologic surgical conditions. VAGINAL SURGERY & UROGYNECOLOGY

Our passion relates specifically to any and all surgical procedures relating to the pelvic floor including vaginal reconstructive surgery and vaginal rejuvenation. Women from across the country visit our practice in St. Louis, Missouri to get the results they need utilizing noninvasive vaginal surgery as well as the most minimally invasive surgical procedures.  Our reputation speaks for itself – over 500 surgeries each year, many of which are women who have come to us to repair the work from previous surgery.   We prefer to educate women and be their first choice for the best solution.
